AI VentureLabs is looking for a UX/UI Designer responsible for gathering userrequirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. Tobe successful in this role, you should have experience with design software suchas “Sketch” and wireframe/prototype tools such as “InVision”. Ifyou also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes workwith web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately,you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’needs.

Responsibilities:

·        Gather and evaluateuser requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

·        Illustrate designideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

·        Design graphic userinterface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

·        Build page navigationbuttons and search fields

·        Develop UI mockupsand prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

·        Create original graphicdesigns (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

·        Prepare and presentrough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

·        Identify andtroubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, Workflows)

·        Conduct layoutadjustments based on user feedback

·        Adhere to style standardson fonts, colors and images 

Required Skills:

·        BSc in Graphic Design

·        Portfolio of designprojects

·        Knowledge ofwireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)

·        Up-to-date knowledgeof design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

·        Team spirit; strongcommunication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

·        Good time-managementskills
