Job Brief: We are looking for a professional and skilled HR manager to join our team. The HR manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of HR structures and systems, Able to use CHIP software is a must.

Job Responsibilities

·       Review employee attendance and reports discrepancies, lateness, and absenteeism trends to managers and heads of departments.

·       Prepare monthly payroll and reporting the monthly cost of salary to management.

·       Consolidate payroll figures with the finance department.

·       Declaration of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (r10, r6, r5, r7, and NSSF contribution payments).

·       Review compensation and benefits packages suggesting employees’ package improvement.

·       Processing the needed documents for the expat (Visa, Work permit, and residency)

·       Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.

·       Oversee the organization staffing needs from recruitment through hiring

·       Oversee the orientation of new employees and create effective onboarding plans

·       Attend to and resolve staff complaints, issues, and requests.

·       Oversee the preparation of payroll and advise management on due salaries and wages

·       Conduct regular performance evaluations and plan required interventions

·       Develop training and development program for the organization’s staff

·       Maintain employee records in a well-organized database

·       Enhance HR system dependency on IT integration

·       Attend to staff legal requirements in a timely manner

·       Prepare and update necessary policies, procedures, and templates for HR practices

·       Report to management all HRmatters and share recommendations as need be

 

Job Specifications

·       Master’s degree in Business Administration– HR Concentration is preferred

·       Extensive Knowledge of HRFunctions and Labor Law

·       Outstanding organizational and time management skills

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Problem solving and decision-making abilities

·       Strong ethical compass

·       Able to use CHIP software related to HR and Payroll
