The General Manager is responsible for the overall management operation of two manufacturing entities.

  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
  • Maintain P&L responsibilities including financial planning, forecasting and budgeting
  • Customer relationship management for key account customers
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment where excellence, high quality and continuous improvement of systems and business process are pursued
  • Overseeing inputs necessary to reduce operational costs (labor, materials, other manufacturing variable costs)
  • Recruitment, development and mentoring of employees

Suitable candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 12+ years’ working experience in increasingly pivotal roles in regional manufacturing environment.
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Experience with budgeting and managing P&L.
  • Experience in strategic business planning and strategies as well as market and competitor analysis
  • Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking, planning and execution, displaying drive, energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
