Our client is a reputable automotive company looking for a highly qualified, dynamic and presentable “Female General Manager” for a rapidly emerging automobile business in Lebanon, to meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying these plans to the upper management, ensuring that the sales team is motivated and productive, and preparing regular reports for upper management and the foreign manufacturer.

Competencies:

• Proven experience of at least 8 years as a General Manager or similar executive role.

•  Experience in planning and budgeting.

• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, and effectively communicates recommendations to executive management.

• Strong understanding of the automotive market in Lebanon.

• Strong analytical ability and positive attitude.

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

• Problem-solving aptitude.

Education:

•  BA/MA in Business or relevant field.
