job functions:

-Receives diet list from the units

- Prepares the patients’ diet cards, as per their diet orders in the diet list received

- Supervises the line serving and ensures that patients receive appropriate food items corresponding to the items mentioned in the diet cards.

- Supervises food storage and maintains inventory control and security of items with the help of the foodservices manager.

-Prepares requisitions and purchasing food and supply orders (in coordination with the chef).

-Assists in receiving and storing food and supplies.

- Inspects food and/or supply deliveries (in coordination with the food services manager) for the purpose of verifying quantity and quality specifications of orders.

Should have knowledge in:

- Basic English

- Computer literate
