-Contactexisting and new clients, (companies or individuals) by telephone in order toobtain newsubscribers.
-Providefull information and description of the magazine in addition to its fees andprices, in order to persuade customers to purchase the magazine.
-Obtaincustomer information such as name, address, and payment method, then enterorders into computers and maintainrecords.
-Keep database of allcontacted prospects and submit to telemarketing manager.
-Enterthe data into the Subscribers System, the Infopro’s software.
-Followup with clients and
answertheir calls to reach excellent customer satisfaction.
-Followup on the collection of the new subscribers.
-Participatein trainings done by direct manager.
-Reachout and exceed target set by telemarketing manager.
-Reportdaily and monthly progress to telemarketing manager.
-Participatein exhibitions or trade shows to expand the prospects list and increase thenumber of subscriptions.
-Prepareand send e-mail to prospects
