A Leading Pharmaceutical company located in Beirut Jnah is looking For a Female Senior Accountant.

The Senior Accountant should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Emphasis Accounting  with minimum 5 years’ experience in same field, Experience working within a distribution company is preferable.

Some of the main duties :

Data Entry and Verification

• Perform tasks related to data entry (assets, partners, payments, banks, cash, expenses, sales, sales agreements, purchase invoices, etc...)

• Check data entries for accuracy 

• Complete checking on checks updates and accuracy 

• Filing and documentation 

• Review checks received for correctness 

• Generate sales, collection and purchase adjustments 

• Update currency rates 

Handling Receivables and Payables

• Check and control petty cash 

• Check, and generate invoices

• Handling petty cash and petty cash transactions 

• Collect cash/check from cashier, complete collection/receivables transaction and check for accuracy 

• Prepare payments against creditors, contracts, debtors contribution

Reconciliation 

o Apply Reconciliation, file and create interest report

• Complete creditors’ reconciliation and follow up on different statements 

• Prepare Suppliers Reconciliation and Payables per supplier report

• Prepare debitors reconciliation 

• Prepare Monthly, quarterly ( VAT ) and yearly reports
