Sales & Technical Advisor needed for a Telecommunication Company in BEIRUT.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 Assist customers in their store journey by providing them with superior customer service and product knowledge to ensure that their needs are answered while using cross-selling and up-selling when needed to maximize purchased products.

 Perform visual checks on maintenance items received to ensure that all parts are functional and send defected and damaged items to the Head Office.

 Recharge customers’ SIM cards using Whish system within the set and agreed procedure.

 Handle customers’ products exchange and ensure that the product falls within the exchange policies and procedures and inform customer accordingly Recommending solutions that are in 

 Handle customers maintenance enquiries on the spot including screens replacements, software and hardware related issues Executing Projects’ Administration

Education and Experience:

-Technical degree .

being a university graduate is a plus

-1 to 5 years of experience in exactly the same domain: Sales of Phones and Mobile Accessories; preferably (additional) having a technical experience in mobile fixing.
